Meet AROS Privacy Notice
This notice explains how AROS uses personal information when you visit meetaros.com, accept an account invitation, sign in, or contact us about a home project.
Information we collect
Account information. We collect your email address, account identifier, invitation status, and account type, such as customer or staff. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile photo if available.
Information you submit. If you complete a questionnaire or request an appointment, we collect the contact details and project information you provide. This may include your name, email, phone number, home address, project interests, preferred appointment time, and notes.
Technical information. Our website and service providers process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, session identifiers, and security logs to deliver the site, maintain your sign-in, and help prevent misuse.
How we use information
We use this information to verify your identity, send invitations and account-related messages, manage account access, respond to project and appointment requests, support you, maintain the website, and investigate security problems. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Google sign-in requests basic identity and profile information. It does not give AROS access to your Gmail inbox, Google Drive files, calendar, or Google password. We do not sell Google account information or use it for targeted advertising.
Who processes information
Authorized AROS personnel can access information needed for their responsibilities. Account administrators can manage members, invitations, and access levels.
We use service providers to operate these features: Clerk for authentication and account management, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for delivering project and appointment requests to our team. Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights.
Cookies and account security
Sign-in uses cookies and related storage to maintain and secure your session. Blocking these may prevent account features from working. You can sign out on a shared device and manage connected apps in your Google Account settings.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services you request, maintain your account, address security issues, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. The period varies with the type of information and purpose. Closing an account does not automatically delete separate project correspondence or records that we must retain.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information or close your account by emailing deals@arosintegrated.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will handle requests according to applicable law, including any exceptions that apply. Removing AROS access in Google stops that connection but does not itself delete information already held by AROS.
Children
Meet AROS is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as our services change. This notice shows its effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
For privacy questions or requests, contact AROS at deals@arosintegrated.com, or write to 2530 River Plaza Dr, Sacramento, CA 95833.
